“I was raised in a small South Texas farm town. Common sense and practicality there are both an ethos and a way of life. Today the advice we give even our most sophisticated technology clients remains rooted in that same desire to find real-world solutions for real-world conflicts. And when resolving the dispute proves impossible, these same principles guide our distillation of our complex issues into down-to-earth language that resonates with the jury.”
