Marie-Victoire Wickers represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts nationwide in matters involving intellectual property disputes and complex commercial litigation. Her practice focuses primarily on patent litigation, where she represents clients across a wide range of technologies and industries, including consumer electronics, networking and IoT systems, software-enabled products, and other advanced technologies.

Marie-Victoire’s experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and pleadings through fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and motion practice.  She regularly handles discovery strategy and execution, including written discovery, source-code review, and expert coordination, and has extensive experience litigating cases in jurisdictions such as the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and other federal courts.  

Prior to joining Rozier Hardt McDonough, Marie-Victoire practiced as a commercial litigator, handling a broad range of business disputes as well as trademark and copyright matters.  She remains actively involved in the arts community through her work with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, where she provides pro bono legal services to artists and creative professionals.
